Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on the 7 th of December 1973 to Mr. and Mrs. Tim Oyakhilome, as the first son of the family. He completed his secondary and primary studies at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. The university awarded him a BSc.

AAU also conferred the honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was previously married to Anita Obhodaghe and they have two beautiful children.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his ministry career while at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated, was at the time called Youths For Christ.

YFC rapidly grew and eventually became the largest college fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Oyakhilome Lagos is the home of the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld today has millions of associates and followers all over the globe.

BLW became the most well-known Christian ministry on television across Africa, through its”Atmosphere for Miracles” program in 2002. The show was canceled by the president Olusegun Obasanjo in May 2004.

They accomplish this by teaching and mentoring youngsters and encouraging youth empowerment.

The foundation honors the achievements of the young leaders by presenting an award ceremony called the Future Africa Leaders” Award. This award ceremony that began five years ago is held on the eve of every new year, in the LoveWorld Convocation Arena (LCA) Billings Way, Oregun, Ikeja. The InnerCity Mission is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was started in 2005 to reach vulnerable, poor orphaned kids around the world.

Through participatory and sustainable programs The foundation helps children and families in need. This includes child development programmes for childcare, family strengthening programs and InnerCity Mission for Children School.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was created to improve the health and life expectancy for local communities. They also promote improved emergency response services when there are accidents or emergencies. The foundation can accomplish this goal by helping to implement national policies related to trauma and health education.
