Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (December 7 63, Nigeria) was born to a family of faith and loving, devoted parents. He is the eldest of three sons born to elder T.E Oyakhilome (one of the founding members of the Assemblies for God Church in Benin City) and Angelina. Angelina was the matriarch and imprinted her faith in God upon her son from the age of a child.

The LoveWorld ministry is actively supported by the entire family. His brother Reverend Ken is the renowned Pastor of Christ Embassy’s Houston, Texas Church and is a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council, and his sister, KattyWorghiren, is the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry (LMAM), which is home to several world-class gospel artists.

Chris Oyakhilome Family Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon. Chris Oyakhilome Family Carissa Sharon is following in her father’s footsteps of sharing God’s Word with the world. In addition, she is known as CSO her name, she is an accomplished, award-winning gospel singer and is part of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome attended Edo College before winning a scholarship to pursue a degree in architecture at Bendel State University, known now as Ambrose Ali University, where He earned an BSc in Architecture. He also received an honorary Doctor of Science award. He has also been awarded an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. Chris Oyakhilome Family Ambrose Ali University was his first university. He was called from God to be a minister and serve the Lord.

The Man of God was in university, began what would become one the most influential church in the world. A small group of prayer called Youth for Christ’ was established. It would evolve into one of the largest and most admired organizations at the university. Chris Oyakhilome LoveWorld Incorporated would follow millions with the base of Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated.

Pastor Chris directed the LoveWorld ministry to become the pioneer of satellite television and Christian production and programming on television. LoveWorldSAT was the first Christian television channel to be broadcast 24/7 from Africa through free-to-air networks. There are LoveWorld satellite and cable television stations around the world.

Christ Embassy has strong presences in Pastor Chris’s native Nigeria and also South Africa, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. The church operates two Healing Schools located in South Africa and Canada, where Pastor Chris holds seasonal sessions where the power of God is demonstrated.

Music and Gospel Music form an integral element of worship. Pastor Chris encourages Christ Embassy Churches and Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry choir to train. Many of the vocalists have been successful as soloists under Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s direction.

The Future African Leaders Foundation(FALF) is an organization which is focused on the ongoing inspirational work of Pastor Chris. Its mission is to identify and developing young, talented leaders, and preparing them for a positive future by recognizing and assisting them in their amazing achievements. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome The Man, God, has founded NGOs with the mission to provide vital services and hope. COFI has five partners who support it, each of whom is committed to improving living standards in the most remote areas.

COFI is the responsible organization for the InnerCity Mission ICM for Children, the Volunteer Medical Corps VMC, Traumacare International Foundation TCIF, Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) in addition to the Bible For All Mission. Each of these organizations works to improve the health and well-being of the most vulnerable.

His charity provides food and shelter for the poor.
