Chris Oyakhilome Background

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome and was born on December 7, 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. After his primary and second education, he attended Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where the university awarded him a BSc. in Architecture.

AAU also gave him an honorary Doctor of Science Award. He holds an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was once a married man to Anita Obhodaghe. He and her have two beautiful children.

While still enrolled at AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome became involved in ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated, was at the time called Youths For Christ.

YFC was growing and eventually was the largest of the fellowships on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld today has millions of followers and associates across the world.

Through the”Atmosphere of Miracles” series, BLW became Africa’s most popular Christian ministry via television. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome They stopped airing it in May 2004 when President Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria announced that churches should cease broadcasting miracles.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four different branches: publishing ministry; healing ministry; television ministry and teaching ministry. He has also developed the Pastor Chris Live Global Prayer Network, an environment that encourages miracles and an healing school.

The InnerCity Mission for Children is a religious-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The organization was founded in 2005 with the intention to help vulnerable, weak orphaned children around the world.

The foundation assists these disadvantaged children and their communities by offering an inclusive and sustainable program like child development programs for childcare and family strengthening programs for innercity mission children’s schools, as well as other programs.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was established in order to enhance the health condition and lifespan of communities and countries by encouraging improved emergency response services in the case of accidents and other emergencies. This foundation will help support national policies on trauma care by supporting their advocacy, health education, and community-based programs.
